The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the river, providing a pleasant walk to many famous sites in the city. It is also conveniently close to the U-bahn and S-bahn railway stations, making it easy to access major attractions. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet, offering a relaxing stay. The breakfast served is fantastic with a wide variety of delicious foods to choose from. The staff, including the resident manager and employees, are friendly and provide excellent service.
The staff at the reception were not very helpful or professional, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

Lovely suite with large TV's, comfortable bed, sofa, and chairs. Well-designed corridor, two toilets, and one bathroom with overlooking window. White Company toiletries, walk-in shower, and plenty of storage. Fantastic view of river Spree. Convenient car park. Tasty breakfast with good choice. Helpful and lovely staff.

the exclusive amenities such as the spa lounge, leisure room and in, room breakfast were all top, notch. the restaurant offered delicious and high, quality food while the bar and lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere to wind down. the private facilities in the rooms were exceptional, making us feel like royalty.
The only minor issue we had was with service. When we reported a noisy room to reception, they said we could move but nothing happened.
